Finding a Niche Market

Welcome to my website. My name is Vic Read and I’m here to try and help you learn how to make money online. I’m still learning myself, because in this business called internet marketing you never stop learning.


That’s me over there on the left. Yeah, I’ve been around the block a couple of times. I’ve got 4 kids and 5 grandkids and a wife I love.


By day I’m an accountant. At night I put on my internet marketing hat.


I started out with some time on my hands at work and started playing around with IM. For over a year I struggled learning all the different terminology, techniques and tricks. In that year I learned a little bit and had some fun. But not much money was coming my way.


Money Going Out – None Coming In
In fact I was spending a lot more money than I was making. In the beginning I promised myself and my wife that I won’t spend a lot of money on IM. But I just kept feeling like I was close to getting over the hump, and the money started pouring out.


I was learning from three or four different internet veterans. I do believe most of them had good intentions, they just didn’t know better.They were telling me I was close, I just needed this new software, or buy into this training program.


The one strategy these gurus taught that really bothered me was in order to make money you had to fool Google. Well, as far as the internet and the computer was concerned with me, I couldn’t fool my pets, lol.


Money Can Be Made Online
The one thing I did believe was that money could be made online. And not just by the big stores with their online shopping websites. But with smaller, informative or specialty websites.


And it’s true. There are thousands and thousands of people just like you and me making a living with their websites. How do I know? I talk to them everyday.


Now I’m getting a little ahead of myself. One day early in my internet marketing life, I came across a company named “Site Build It” or “SBI” for short. They had a very impressive sales letter with lots of success stories to go with it.

I just knew this program was going to be too expensive for me and when I found the price I clicked out. It costs $30 a month or $300 a year. I was easily spending that much money already, but just a little here and a little there. Not one payment of $30 a month to anyone.


I quickly forgot about “SBI” and went on jumping from one idea or training program to another. And it wasn’t just a few months later that I was spending over $100 a month with two different trainers. A little bit more money rolled in, but I was still going in the hole.


I Read About Mary
Then something great happened. Lynn Terry of ClickNewz.com had a guest writer on her blog. It was Mary from Front-Porch-Ideas-and-More.com. And Mary talked about how her and her husband Dave decided to build a website together, to earn some extra income. And they just happened to use “SBI”.


This article really caught my attention. I went to their website and was just totally blown away. As you might guess it is about front porches. And I mean everything about front porches. Mary went into detail about how they chose the subject of their website. It wasn’t like it was a hobby of theirs or even their first choice. But it was a subject that they liked and that would make money.


How did they know it would make money? “SBI” has all the tools you will need included in the price and one of those tools is a monetary check of website subjects.


Mary and Dave have a great website and even better story. Within a year and half of starting their website they both were able to quit their day jobs and work from home. Today their website gets over 8,000 visitors a day.


While their success happened faster than most, that kind of success is not unusual with “SBI”. It does take lots of work and you have to stay with it. But this is how you will really make money on the internet.


My website with “SBI” is moving along great and starting to turn a profit in less than a year. The website is about baseball drills and I’m writing this during the winter months. I can’t wait to see what the traffic will be like during the baseball season.


My Biggest Regret
My one regret is that I’m about six months behind where I would be if I had just started with”SBI” the first time. They say many people pass the first time. In fact, the average time from first learning about “SBI” and joining is about nine months.


So check out “SBI” today. Take a hard, hard look. If you are willing to work hard and stick with it, you will make money with “SBI”. Don’t be like me and waste six months and more money shopping around. No other program is even close to “SBI” in resources and help. Give “SBI” a try.
